Join us for the III% United Patriots 1st Annual Veterans Benefit Golf Scramble.  All contributions will go to Athena House, the first housing program for homeless female veterans in the nation.  The Athena House works with Tampa Crossroads’ Veterans Assistance Center, local VA hospitals, and other agencies to help eligible female veterans to:

• achieve their employment goals
• live independently
• overcome substance abuse
• address physical & mental health conditions
• transition into permanently stable housing

Format: 4-Player Scramble (Bring a team or let us know if you need to be paired up)

Entry Fee: $50.00 per person (Includes greens fees, cart, lunch and a donation to Support the Troops)

Optional Prize Pak Available: $10.00 (Includes all contests, mulligan, 1 drink ticket, and additional donation)

Hole Sponsorship: $50.00 (Can’t play but want to help support a great cause)

Hole Sponsorship:  $100 promote your business

Corporate Sponsorship:  $500, 4 players & premiere placement of your banner

Optional:  $10 prize pak  entry into 2 closest to the pin contests, putting contest, closest to the line, 1 mulligan, 1 drink ticket

($6 from the prize pack goes directly to CHARITY)

This mission is a cooperative ministry of the Zephyrhills Wesley Chapel Ministerial Association, local businesses and city government.
